What is the warranty on your sheets?
We provide a lifetime warranty on all of our linen. If your linen ever balls, pulls, rips, or frays drop us a line to help@linenbundle.com with a brief outline of the issue including a photo and we’ll will replace the item free of charge.
How deep are your fitted sheets?
Our fitted sheet will fit mattresses up to 32cm in depth.
Can you send swatches or samples?
We don't currently have samples or swatches. If you’d like to feel the fabric or see if a colour goes with a room, we recommend purchasing a pair of pillowcases. If they do the trick and you’d like to purchase the full bundle contact our customer service team (help@linenbundle.com) who’ll provide a code to credit the pillowcases from your bundle purchase.
Is your linen free from harmful or toxic chemicals?
Yes, all our are linen is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® #17.HUS.08214 Hohenstein. OEKO-TEX is a worldwide independent testing and certification system that tests for harmful substances which are prohibited or regulated by law and chemicals which are known to be harmful to health. They also test for colour fading and acidity as a precautionary measure to safeguard health at every stage of production. Read more here >
Discount codes
Voucher/discount codes are only valid for the dates specified and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one voucher/discount code can be used per order.

How do I return my sheets?
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. To return an item, click here
To initiate a return for a refund items must be unused, unwashed in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
Please note, due to health & hygiene reasons, duvets, pillows & mattress protectors are not eligible for return.
There are no tariffs between UK and ROI for any of our products and VAT is already included in the price. There is no impact to our customers and no additional charges.

Where do I enter my code?
Our Winter Sale offer requires no code, discount and promotional gift is automatically applied to all eligible orders.
I forgot to enter my code?
You’re in luck, there’s no code required! Your order will automatically be discounted and promotional gifts applied if you purchase the qualifying bundles.
My discount hasn’t come off?
We have automatically applied the discount and promotional gift to all eligible orders so your discount will have applied if your order qualified for the promotion.
If I buy two or more bundles, how many throws will I receive?
The promotion is for 1 free throw per customer.
Can my promotional throw be exchanged for another item on the store or different design of throw?
No, we are offering a free crinkle throw, retailing at €/£50, to all customers purchasing a qualifying bundle as part of our Winter Sale deal. This cannot be exchanged or swapped for another product or throw design.
I don’t like the throw, can it be returned and exchanged for something else?
What’s not to love about our crinkle throws? Very few things in life are free, so please enjoy the free gift. The throw if returned by itself will not generate a refund on your order nor can it be exchanged, with it being the season of giving we’d far rather see you gifting the throw to a friend or relative than returning it to us just because it doesn’t match your personal taste or colour scheme! If you are returning part or all of your order that would mean you no longer qualify for the throw, then in this case the promotional item would need to be returned.

Returns
What happens if I return all/part of my order?
If you return your order or parts of your order that would mean that the order no longer qualifies for the free promotional item, then the promotional item must also be returned in an unwashed, unused condition and in its original packaging. If you do not return the promotional item, the value of it would be deducted from the total amount being refunded.
If it’s a free gift, why do I need to return it?
If your order has qualified for a free throw, our gift to you is subject to a purchase having been made.
